- We must have correct physical addresses with zip codes, apt #, suite # & phone #. (We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.) We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE if the recipients address is incorrect, and delivery was attempted or made to an incorrect address submitted by the customer. UPS charges SNCG for any incorrect or incomplete addresses. As a result, should your package contain incorrect or missing information which would cause the couriers to have to redirect the package, up to a $25 fee for the address correction would apply. The customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase, shipping cost and, if applicable--the redirect fee, replacement cost, and reshipping cost. Please ensure the address information is correct to avoid any additional charges and let us know immediately if something was entered incorrectly. Failed delivery attempts do not qualify for replacements or refunds. Validating a shipping address helps ensure prompt and accurate delivery of your shipment.
- Due to agricultural restrictions, citrus cannot be shipped outside of North America or to Hawaii. We cannot ship to Alaska due to freezing temperatures there during Florida's citrus season, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.
- We will process all orders upon receipt for fruit that is in-season, unless the order specifies a later delivery date. Our harvest schedule determines our shipping schedule. Depending upon harvest conditions, in-season items that are in stock will normally ship within 3-5 business days. **If your order is for a citrus variety that is not in stock or in-season, then your fruit will ship as soon as it becomes available.** Please be sure to double check your selections, as their seasons are noted, and this can also be referenced on our AVAILABILITY CALENDAR tab above.
- **Please let us know immediately if there is a problem, as changes cannot be made to orders once they are processed.**

- UPON SHIPPING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER(S). When you receive this confirmation, your orders can be tracked here:
- While we do our very best to ensure that your gift arrives as close to your requested arrival date as possible, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are approximate and depend on seasonal availability, delivery instructions, weather conditions and carrier schedules. In most cases, delivery will be received between 5-7 days from the date of shipment. We strongly suggest and encourage you to track your deliveries so as to avoid your citrus from being left in harsh weather conditions--which can ruin the fruit.
