- We unconditionally guarantee our citrus to be the very best quality available anywhere at the time your order is filled. Depending on harvest conditions, if availability is short for a certain variety of citrus at any given time, we may purchase the fruit from other groves to provide you with the best quality available.
- We reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value, when necessary, which will be just as delicious as the fruit that you ordered.
- Fruit sizes may vary depending on the crop.
- Delivery dates are approximate and depend on harvest schedules, seasonal availability, delivery instructions, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
- We strongly suggest and encourage you to be mindful of freezing weather conditions when ordering. Track your boxes to avoid your citrus from being left in harsh weather conditions--which can ruin the fruit.
- Addresses containing incorrect or missing information causing the couriers to have to redirect the package will result in up to a $25 fee for the address correction. The customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase, shipping cost, and, if applicable--the redirect fee, replacement cost, and reshipping cost. Please ensure the address information is correct to avoid any additional charges and let us know immediately if something was entered incorrectly.
- Changes will not be able to be made to orders once processed.
- No artificial flavor or coloring is ever added to our fruit.
- We adhere to the latest Department of Agriculture recommendations concerning the growth and protection of our citrus fruit. We are engaged in a cycle plan to rotate our trees to ensure the best fruit possible.
- We reserve the right to correct errors in printed or electronic publications.
Replacement / Refund Policy
- Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is only applicable if we are given all of the correct delivery information. * Failed delivery attempts or rerouted boxes due to missing or incorrect delivery info do not qualify for replacements or refunds. *
